Purrfect Candy Inspector

All candy should be tested and inspected prior to enjoying! :) I used the adorable Love Web stencil by A Colorful Life Designs as a background for this purrfectly curious candy inspector! I ink-blended over the stencil and then added Spellbinder's Prism Paste over it to give it the look of chunky candy pieces. I just love this paste!
