Mini Calming Bottles

I am sharing a non-card project with you today! I saw a YouTube video from fellow crafter, Marie's Vermont Creations, where she made calming bottles to help with stress and anxiety. Scroll down to see Marie's video that inspired this project!

I thought they were such a neat idea that I made some for Christmas gifts for coworkers, though, on a much smaller scale. I had fun shopping for embellishments that were special to each recipient.

I added clear glue to the bottle, about half-way, and then added water. I tried to leave a little room at the top since once I added the embellishments, it would fill that space. I then added the embellishment mixes and a little but loose silver glitter. I also added some glow-in-the-dark stars to each one for some added fun.
