Today I’m sharing two cards made with a new product by Gina K. Designs - Poly Glaze Foiling Sheets - and I am loving them! I used the original foiled panel to create a background for a floral birthday card and the negative foil sheet to create a milestone birthday card.

View the Poly Glaze process video here!

I foiled the poly glaze panel with Deco Foil Gold foil using my laminator. These poly glaze panels foil beautifully, without missed areas that you may find with toner panels. In the video you will see that part of the panel did not foil and that was due to my carrier sheet having a wrinkle in it. Once I used a brand new carrier sheet, it foiled flawlessly. I then adhered the foiled panel to a folded card base.

I stamped and embossed the daisy image and colored with Copic Markers. I cut out the image using my Brother Scan n Cut and adhered to the card front with foam tape. I stamped the sentiment and embossed in gold on black cardstock trimmed and adhered to the card front over the daisy image to complete the card.

I used the negative foil (see above) from the original foiling from the first card and foiled on a piece of toner sheet. I decided to cut out the numbers for a milestone birthday from this foiled panel.

I decided to use up the many panels I have in my stash and came across this ink blended, glitter stenciled panel that would be perfect for a birthday card.

I masked off a horizontal strip at the top of the card and ink blended with 3 bright complimentary colors of Gina K. Designs ink. Then I stenciled Gina K. Designs iridescent glitter glitz gel over the ink blending using Honey Bee Stamps Radiant stencil.

I stamped and embossed the sentiment onto black cardstock and die cut with the coordinating strips die. I die cut the numbers from the foiled panel and also twice from white cardstock to stack behind the foiled numbers, which will add dimension.

I adhered the sentiment strip and then the die cut numbers to the panel to finish off the card!
