I'm sharing a birthday card I made for my brother. Inside it states, "Happy Birthday Chum!"
The background was created using a stencil that I had used to ink blend another background. Since the stencil still had a lot of ink still on it, I misted it with water and laid the stencil, ink-side down, on some watercolor paper to get this ocean watery feel. It's a great technique that gives you two panels at once!

SUPPLIES:
Inks: I neglected to write down the inks I used when making this panel
Versafine Onyx Black (image)
Sentiment: Trinity Stamps, Birthday Shark
Cardstock: Neenah Classic Crest Smooth Solar White 110# (base)
Markers: Copics
Stencil: Echo Park, Sail Away
Embellishments: Splatter, Kuretake Gansai Tambi Watercolors, Starry Night
Kat Scrappiness, Wobbler (for behind the shark image)
